The CBS Group was proud and delighted to have been involved with The Communique Awards through the good offices of Lonestar Group. We were asked to provide the host for the event and, after lengthy discussions we were pleased to be able to secure the services of Barry Humphries in the guise of Dame Edna Everage, who brought the house down at this prestigious event at Grosvenor House. We were indebted to Venita di Domenico at PBJ for all her help in the lead up to the event, which went off without a hitch and was a tremendous success. The roar from the audience as Dame Edna was introduced, was almost deafening and from the first flung gladioli to the last of the 26 awards, this Gigastar of the showbiz heavens held the whole event in the palm of her hands!
