The King & Queen Show hosted by The Kings Theatre in Southsea went down a storm with the audience! Local Paper The News reported on the event as follows:

We recieved the following letter from the client after the event….

Hi Russ

I would like to thank you and your team for the professional way in which you coordinated and provided ideas and inspiration for my clients James Bond themed   50^th Birthday Party at The Marriot Hotel in Portsmouth. The Marriott suggested you to us originally and I am glad they did. From the piano to the dancing girls , “Odd Job” lookalike to the ice sculpture along with  the Roulette tables, Black Jack and your  considerable skills as a DJ, all was made to look effortless which is the mark of a truly first class company.

You even provided a backing track for an impromptu performance on the night and a Video Engineer with less than 24 hours notice. We will be using you again for future events and would strongly recommend CBS Group for other Corporate clients without fear or hesitation.

Thank you so much for two fantastic nights in the Queens Room.  The feedback from our guests and ships management was very very positive. Star are a perfect fit for Cunard and I look forward to being able to book the band again in the near future.

Nigel and the gang played out 4 sets each night, treating guests to their superb swing sets in the early evening and keeping them dancing till the wee hours! Magnificence & luxury were the order of the day – as if we would expect anything less from the wonderful chaps at Cunard. Also we are grateful to the the cruise director for emailing us to say “Star are brilliant and Nigel is a complete gentleman”
