For first time event organisers or experienced organiser’s in need a bit of extra help, we have answered some of our common “Behind The Scenes” Questions below…
Do You Really Need To Think About This?
Yes you really do! Every venue and event is different and that’s why we tailor make our packages to suit your individual requirements. You’ll need a stage so you can see your band as well as hear them, you’ll need a PA System so you can hear your guest speaker, you want to dance on a dancefloor not on a carpet and so the list goes on. We’ve thought of these things a thousand times before, so why not let us do your thinking for you?
Won’t these extra’s be expensive?
Not necessarily, there is always more than one way to skin a cat! For example, to starcloth an entire room would be very expensive, so if you are on a limited budget we can suggest ways to get a similar effect using lighting only. We work with your budget to suit your venue, making your dreams a reality without emptying your wallet!
We don’t have the expertise?
Again we give you the options. Our smaller systems are installed by our professional technicicans who can teach your staff to operate the equipment or you can choose to have our technicians to stay on site. With our bigger productions, Technicians are included in the quote so you can rest assured you will have the right people and equipment for the job!
Will you be there to assist us?
Of course! The CBS Group provides a full event management service to the level which suits our client’s requirements. You may just want us to provide bands, entertainers and facilities, or we can attend the event on the day if you need us to manage the entertainers and facilities provided or we’ll give you the works - our team will attend initial planning meetings, procure your facilities & entertainment and we’ll be there to manage the event on the day.
